Overview

Golden Eagle Sports Complex is a state of the art sports facility opened in 2008 and has 1.4 million square feet of artificial turf, the largest single installation artificial turf project in North America. The facility, which features several softball, soccer, and baseball fields as well as other sports facilities and amenities, has hosted many regional and national sporting events and tournaments. We’re excited to host the Revolution Softball Camps at Golden Eagle Sports Complex. Join us and improve your softball skills this summer!

Camp is open to all ages and ability levels. Each camper will be assessed and grouped with campers of similar age and ability levels. Adjustments to the groups may be made throughout the week to provide campers with opportunities to train with and compete against different players. Drills, games, and scrimmages are designed to help each camper learn, improve, and have fun!

Covid-19 Policy- Vaccine NOT required. We ask that everyone who attends camp, to not have had any covid-19 symptoms in the last 5 days, and bring in their health form filled out (does NOT need to be signed by a doctor- can attach most recent physical to our form), covid-19 policy waiver and the health monitoring form with you to check in (if you haven't uploaded any of them to your online account).


About Our Coaches

McKenna Anderson

Coach McKenna Anderson is a private Softball coach with extensive expertise in hitting and fielding.  While coaching in Oklahoma, Coach Anderson players’ saw significant improvement in their batting averages.  Anderson is capable of teaching hitting from the left side, right side, and slapping.

In high school, Anderson was recognized as FHS Female Athlete of the Year and CV All-League-MVP while leading her team to the CVCL League Championship.

Anderson continued her playing career at Sierra Community College in Rocklin, CA.  As a Freshman, Anderson had a .377 batting average, 16 stolen bases and a .435 slugging percentage.  With only 9 strikeouts and an on-base percentage of.427, Anderson was recognized with All-Nor Cal and All-State awards.  Anderson improved her Sophomore season, ending the season with a .406 batting average, 28 stolen bases, and .522 slugging percentage.  Again, Anderson only had 9 strikeouts and ended her Junior College career with a .396 batting average.  Her impressive performance earned her All-Nor Cal, All-State, First Team All-Conference and All-American honors.

Anderson continued her collegiate career at Oklahoma Baptist University in Oklahoma.  In her Junior season, Anderson had a .316 batting average with 24 hits and 13 strikeouts.  Anderson finished her Senior season with a .340 on the season and only 12 strikeouts.  Anderson’s distinguished playing earned her an invite to compete internationally in Germany.

Coach Anderson is excited about the opportunity to share her energy, knowledge and love of the sport at the Revolution Softball Camps. 


Camp Details

Full Day Campers: Check in at 8:45AM Monday (9AM every other day). Campers should be picked up at 4PM each day. (Bring a bagged lunch)

Half Day Campers (*option for 5-8 year olds): Check in at 8:45AM Monday (9AM every other day). Campers should be picked up at 12PM each day. Make sure campers bring all necessary softball equipment (bat, helmet, glove, cleats, shoes, etc.), refillable water bottle, sunscreen, lunch and snack.

*Lunch is not included.
**Team Discounts Available (5-9 Players get $25 off; 10+ Players get $35 off)
